Neon Breath - Marcus - 07-30-2024
This is my submission for the Jam for All BASIC Dialects (#6) (https://itch.io/jam/jam-for-all-basic-dialects-6). There are only two levels, are they easy or hard? I just can't tell.
Edit It requires the latest version of n7 (released today) if you want to re-compile it.

Definitely a winner in my book!! Of course, based on my skill level, I did not last long... But still a great game. Well done!!

At least there are 4 games submissions to the itch.io jam and today is the duedate.
Neon Breath is definetely going to reach for the stars !

Well... I managed to get through the first level... During the second level, it was either the first or second orb, when I came across those pesky jumping spider thingy's... of course, I did not last long after that... Oh... another thing... I now have that theme music rattling around in the old head... I am not sure I should thank you for that... lol

"This morning I noticed a 4th entry into the Game Jam for Basic. I know the reason for the entry was to give GB32 more exposure and it may still happen but the newest entry should clearly be disqualified. The person entering the game supposedly wrote his own gaming oriented language which although may certainly be impressive, doesn't make it BASIC just because he claims it is. I also don't see how he followed the theme 120 Seconds at all. Sorry for my rant but I don't like people who lie or cheat. Just play nice!"
