Adventure Language and Adventure Compiler ? yeaaah.... let's make a RPG adventure game style .... ![]() RE: chatGPT - johnno56 - 12-09-2024 "particularly adventure games"... "adventure" and "rpg" are sometimes used interchangeably... But, when I read it, I think of the old-style Zork text adventure games. RPG (I thought of two things - Rocket Propelled Grenade or Role Play Game) lol I will assume you mean the latter... The latter, in my opinion, is usually a 2D overhead tile-based adventure game. Correct me if I am wrong... Naalaa output is primary to a graphics window and as such, without a function to scroll text up the screen, would be a little difficult to play Zork-like text adventures... Not saying it cannot be done, but would require more work... But, 2D overhead tile-based adventures would be very "doable" for N7. I have no idea as to 'how' to code something like that, but it would indeed, be a grand project. N7 already has a tilemap editor just itching for someone to "take it for a spin"... opengameart.org has heaps of free assets... search for RPG RE: chatGPT - 1micha.elok - 12-09-2024 Today, I asked chatGPT again...and ..... click the image to zoom in According to chatGPT, ....
