N7 version 25.10.18 released

I compiled this version of n7 on a new computer and using a new version of msys2 and gcc. The libwinpthread-1.dll distributed with and used by the previous n7 versions doesn't work with programs compiled with this new version. The new libwinpthread-1.dll is of course included in the zip.
