TTF fonts

A quick font question. Is there a reason as to why "ttf" fonts do not work with N7. Not a "deal breaker"... Just wanting to know, as the process of using the "N6" font tool, can be a little tedious if I need to use multiple font sizes... Use the Bitmap font generator site to load the ttf then export for each font size; then use the font tool to create an ftn file for each size...

This is only an issue if I do not have the font already in the system.... Just curious...

The only reason is that I'm lazy. There's a well known C library named FreeType that helps generating bitmaps from ttf and other font formats. I should have a look at it and add it to n7. I should also look for a tiny mp3 library. I mean ... I will, I just don't know when. Right now (well, when I get home from work) I HAVE to work on a christmas game, and I haven't even started with it

A Christmas game, eh? It's the 11th of December. You are confident that you can finish on time? If it were me, I would still be trying to come up with an idea by next Christmas... lol Looking forward to it... Will there be any aliens to shoot? Moo Ha Ha Ha....

Or perhaps a bunch of time traveling Easter bunny's hoping to wipe out Santa so that they will get Santa's share of holiday sales... They could also have there eye on thanksgiving as well... Moo ha ha ha... Too much? lol

Gosh, I'm running out of time even though I'm using the Microsoft image creator thingy for all graphics.

Edit: Yes, Santa spits bouncing snow balls to kill the aliens (who ate all the christmas presents), and one of the aliens shoots missiles through his mouth. I gotta work with what the ai image creator gives me.

I can’t wait to see the release date of the Christmas-themed game where Santa fights aliens! I will be so excited to play it and experience the gameplay, especially to find out how it will end. Will Santa have to face a giant alien boss? And if he shoots the giant boss, will its body break apart and turn into a swarm of smaller aliens? That would be epic!

I won't be able to finish the game before christmas, sorry I've got way too much to do this week, work and preparations for christmas, and on Friday I'm going away for a week.
